"This is a very upmarket hotel set in beautiful grounds and the whole establishment has been given much attention to detail. The result is the perfect venue for a holiday or a business meeting. However, there were a couple of issues on the last day of the three that had been booked. On our return from a day out we found our room key was disabled and the room itself incompletely serviced. Not advised on the app. Therefore breakfast is served at a later hour and to the room with not many options. 2 days I had no water to shower or brush my teeth in the morning, no warning offered by the hotel. They keep a diposit. Also not advised in the app, don’t appreciate that. It’s a great concep hotel and food at the restaurant was good. Nothing is in any other language other than local. Wish it was managed differently."
