"Reasonably well appointed hotel, close to O R Tambo international airport. Rooms were clean. There were no napkins in the room on day 1, but were provided from day 2 onwards. The breakfast has a wide range of food on offer and is buffet style. The bar is open 24 hours. There is a gym and swimming pool on the property. The best part is that the hotel operates a free shuttle to the airport every 15 minutes, 24 hours a day."

"This hotel is in a safe and accessible location within Melrose Arch. The retro decor takes a while to get used to but don’t let that put you off. The rooms are comfortable and the breakfast’s spectacular. The best part of the hotel is the people. From the front desk to the restaurant to the laundry facilities, everyone is incredibly friendly and efficient. I have stayed here multiple times with my family and alone, and will keep on coming back. Very good value for money."
