"Nice and comfortable hotel which appears to have recently changed from a Best Western - this confused our the cab driver slightly but we managed to find the hotel without too much difficulty. The restaurant menu is fixed so not really a viable option to eat nightly. However, there are good (specifically Bistro de Paris) local restaurants within a 5 minute walk, and restaurants in other hotels in the area!! "We loved the entire Penta hotel concept and the pentalounge downstairs, enough that we signed up for the “friends” program. Only small complaint we had was a faint sewer smell from the toilet, but it wasn’t because the bathroom wasn’t clean. We think it was possibly because the wax seal under the toilet was compromised, and we just let the management know. It happens. "

"The Hotel is fairly new and in a good condition. However, there is major problems with their bathroom. Our room had a tub without any cover or anything to connect the hand shower. So, with one hand you have to hold the hand shower while you’re washing yourself!!!!! And a huge mess on the floor to clean up! "Everything was great. Hotel was nice and quiet. UNTIL we left for a day and came back to a missing bag. When we reported to front desk they had denied anyone going into the room but that was not the case because house keeping had gone in because we had fresh sheets and towels. And then they accused us of losing the bag when that was not also the case. And they did nothing to remediate the situation. "
