"It is a wonderful hotel with amazing views and accommodating staff. I am a wheelchair user who stayed at the suite (the only wheelchair-accessible option at the hotel). The suite is very spacious but not fully accessible. The shower is very small and hard to transfer into from a wheelchair. The sinks aren’t floating, so I couldn’t roll under them; it was very challenging to use. The balconies aren’t accessible as well. Other than that, a great experience, and I would definitely recommend this...

"I don’t know how I can begin to tell how impressive and excellent this hotel is. The staff at the front desk are knowledgeable and kind and the dining room staff run at minimum a five star service. Breakfast is excellent and the spa/pool are clean and wonderful with hydro therapy and 3 different types of saunas. We would stay for 3 more weeks if we could! Rooms are large updated with a vintage flare and very very clean. We will be back! "

"We booked hotel as part of a ski trip. Hotel offers great shuttle service and also additional attractions such as Early Bird skiing or Sella Ronda (additional costs). Spa is very nice. Highlight is the very friendly and efficient team at front desk, bar and restaurant who are excellent. "

"The staff is nice and there is free parking near the hotel but - there is a big but - this is an old hotel, few amenities, basic rooms without ac, weak wifi, very basic breakfast, the hotels restaurant is low quality and pricey. This is not a 4 star hotel by any chance. Will not stay there again. "

The chef outdid himself on the 2 dinners we had there. The 2 level suite was spectacular - of course when you have the greatest view of the Dolomites, who could want for more!"

The location is perfect and so easy to get to Seceda or Alpe di Siusi within a short walk. We got the half board and the dinner experience was great. I loved this hotel and their staff so much. Will definitely stay here next time in Ortisei. "
