"We had a really enjoyable stay at the hotel. The hotel was clean and comfortable, and the food was very good, with a good choice at breakfast.
What really stood out was how friendly, welcoming and helpful all the staff were. Bella was especially lovely she was very friendly, kind and always went out of her way to help us. She regularly checked in to see how we were doing and whether there was anything she could do to make our stay more enjoyable.
Divesh at the reception desk was always...
"The area around was nice. Property fairly clean. Great weather. No complaints here. Service on another hand was hit or miss. Bartenders were great. Wait staff at the buffet were from nice and helpful to forgetful what you asked for to zero interest. There was a male server who completely ignored us two mornings in the row to the point that did not bring coffee not even acknowledged of saying good morning. We sat to the different station from there on. Food was ok. The only edible meat was the...
"Everything is okay unless it’s packed, for some odd reason Thursdays, Fridays and Saturday’s lunch and dinner gets extremely packed to the point it’s almost unbearable but every other night it is very calm. Not sure why there is always that consistency as i stayed for over two weeks and couldn’t figure it out.
Shout out to Imran though, great guy really helpful."

"- far from everywhere
- shuttle is unreliable
- slow service
- for the location and amenities, it too expensive and breakfast not included in flight
- limited facilities
- won’t recommend to anyone"
"We had a relaxing stay overall. Our room was spacious and comfortable, the beach was lovely. However, recurring issues with communication, follow-through and attention to detail affected our experience.
On arrival, the robe was dirty and a few items had been left by previous guests.
Before arrival, I asked about a special dinner but was directed towards the usual restaurants. During our stay, we discovered private dining was an option. We were also incorrectly told entertainment was only on...
