"The TV kept going in and out. The AC didn't work. They had to move us to another room. And the room they moved us too had an awful smell coming from the vent. Almost like pump water smell. The shower was small. And parking is blocks away."

"The trash was still there from the people who stayed before us. There was used drinks outside as well as inside the fridge. We asked for a housekeeping to remove the trash but she literally put the trash can on the table which I felt was unhygienic. After that for our entire stay we did not ask for the housekeeping. The bathroom also wasn’t cleaned before our stay."

"The property was beautiful, but the amenities really took away from the beauty of their property. We stayed in an ocean, front balcony suite and the view was amazing. However, this hotel had no way for guests to warm food and when ordering food from their kitchen, you were required to pay a six dollar delivery fee on top of paying for the servers’ tip. in addition to this any extra service was charged as additional. for example, we called room service and asked for silverware and they told us...

"I dont recommend this place , aside from the good location and decent lady in the front desk , it looks like a scam , they booked 150$ security deposit and it has to be released within 8 days and after multiple follow ups with barley response they charged me for 111$ movies rent which i didnt , I asked them to show me the Tv app purchased on my stay date but they havent responded yet .. so please take care !"
