"Beautiful hotel in a neat place. Steps from the old town, the ferry to the spit, etc.
One Expedia specific warning: if your confirmation says you can take a free drink from the minibar don’t believe the hype. The hotel management had never heard of this and couldn’t honor it."
"The room was excellent, staff came by daily to clean. Everyone there was helpful when I needed something. The free breakfast was SUPERB! Very friendly people as well. Would definitely come back in the future."
"Leider war das Zimmer extrem klein ohne besondere Ablagemöglichkeiten für ein Koffer. Das Frühstück war sehr gut und das Personal ist sehr freundlich."
"Don’t stay there on Monday, the restaurant is closed and there is no bar. Do not stay in one of the attic rooms - you can’t fully stand up. There is no coffee if you don’t buy the breakfast. Really disappointing for the cost."
"We had a lovely stay! The suite was as described, very clean and spacious. The staff are excellent, and the breakfast is varied. The spa area can get quite busy, but it is great to have it included in the stay. Thank you!"
"Very very loud rooms -- there's a club across the street and no sound protection, so we actually had to leave a couple hours after we arrived. The Manager/COO was not very understanding nor apologetic, which made us sad.
Restaurant was delicious though! maybe just go for the food, but don't stay there?"
"Not a luxury hotel. Though it looks pretty nice in the lobby The room was small and lacking simple things like, bathtub, iron, soaps, shampoos, or coffee. Any other simple hotel room in town would be just the same. And they charged 12 euros a glass for wine cause we got it later. The hotel free breakfast was pretty depleated by 10 (serves till 11).
Over all a big waist of money."
"I can’t say enough great things about our stay. The apartment was absolutely fantastic. The design of the space and furniture were wonderful. It has high ceilings and a balcony which added greatly to the feeling of openness. The appliances are all quite new and the kitchen has all the items we needed to cook and feel like we were at home. The bedroom was very comfortable and has a skylight which you can close with a shade if you like. The bathroom is spacious and the shower is very nice. ...
