"It was great to have direct acces to the beach from our room. We wish we had asked for an upstairs room for a better ocean view. My only complaint is that in the breakfast buffet, my eggs and bacon were cold."

"The hotel was clean, and convenient. Half of staff were good, but the woman at the desk freaked out...running over to us when we attempted to take a plate from the nearby dining room up to our room. We apologized profusely for our error and she said it was ok, but plainly not. She gave us a different dish?!? Dining room was never more than 1/3 full, yet could only get reservation for an hour and a half later. Then the meal prep took exactly one hour. We asked why we couldnt have soup and salad first and were told in no uncertain terms we must wait...is there a problem with that? Nooo.... So finally the whole meal came all at once. It was late and we no longer cared."
