"Indoor pool was overcrowded and not the cleanest.
Gym is too old and there are no multi-stations or Squat Racks - just dumbbells.
It will be great to have one or two squat racks for legs, back and further chest exercises."
"Despite the dry and dull atmosphere resulting from its ageing condition, this property still deserves a rating of four out of five. It is a good retreat from the hustle and bustle of the city, and a short walk to Geelong Botanical Garden and the waterfront. More importantly, the king-room accommodation we booked for two nights was good value for money. "We only stayed for one night here but we enjoyed our meal at the restaurant and had a good nights sleep in the comfortable bed. We hadn’t booked a parking bay and there wasn’t one available but we were able to park our car around the corner and had no problems."
"A disaster.
1. Construction going on in hotel, early noise.
2. Room not very clean.
3. Next door room, partying all night.
4. Had to move rooms at 1am, the hotel didn’t remove the party guests.
The hotel is dated, obviously that’s why there is construction going on, but overall I can’t recommend this hotel."
"During my two-night stay at Crowne, the hotel was clean when I arrive and the food was satisfactory. However, when I requested water and a room cleaning on the next day , I was charged for the water and the room was not cleaned."
"We loved our stay in Quest with our toy poodle! The staff were very accommodating and the hotel was clean and well kept. Highly recommended if you have furbabies!"
"This is our preferred accommodation when staying in Geelong. It is convenient.
Very clean and tidy, spacious. Very comfortable bed. Conveniently situated close to the RSL for meals. Staff very very friendly. Couldn’t ask for a better place."
"The room was not clean. Dirty tissues on the couch, crumbs on the couch, floor had dirt and hair on it. No mats for wet feet as you walk up the stairs. It was raining as we got there - no hand out map to find your way."
