"The room, like the hotel, was run down. The whole place needs to be modernized. The air conditioning in my room wasn't working (it was 38C outside). "The cleanliness was on point and the cleaning lady was really nice. Reception was alright, but I had to wait 2 days for someone to come and fix the shower cable, after I had told them 3 times. Even after the shower cable was ‘fixed’ though, there was still water coming out of the shower plate, which developed a small flooding each time I would shower. That, I had told them too. They did offer another room, but I was staying just for 3 nights, so I declined. Okay, in the overall."

Federica was the hotel rep at the front desk was a total pro and so nice. The hotel manager, Gianni Cegue was very helpful with parking and couldn't have been nicer also.
