"Great clean hotel specially for NRI standards, Love the hospitality vibes and surroundings are calm, quiet, parking is easy. Staff is ok, Had a bit of confusion on third guest but owner himself stepped in to put the matter to justice. Rooftop area is impressive, enough staff to listen to your needs, everything is elegant, stylist and cleaning parameters is top class, Not a pinch of dirt anywhere. "Excellent hotel. There was nothing in there that I didn’t like. Decor, cleanliness, service, staff, dining options, were superb. "

"You have to pay for everything at this property including heater, dental kit, slippers, water bottle etc. These items are not included in your booking so please make sure you have all the essentials if you want to book a room at this property which I would never recommend!"

"I loved The Fort, it had enough amenities to match its style, what a beautiful property, if you love history you will love the Fort, the staff are lovely, so friendly, so helpful, the surrounding shops are full of lovely people too. The 4 poster bed I had was the most comfortable bed I ever slept in, they don't make them like that anymore. The food was so tasty too, Im going to go back thats for sure! Excellent value for money too, i thought they were joking when I got my bill :D "

"The AC did not work. The TV did not work. The staff took hours to get the two fixed. The water tap in the bathroom was broken. Terrible service"

"Terrible service. Took 4-5 requests for everything. Flush wasn’t working well. Bed was uncomfortable. Breakfast started an hour late with slow service. Electrical were shot. I’d rate it as a 2 star hotel tops."

"Location of the hotel was good. The bad experience at the time of check-in as they insist for advance payment of entire amount unlike other hotels of same category. Also this practice was not there when it was run under name of Park Plaza. Very unprofessional attitude at least with regular visitor."
