"Excellent hotel, next to hell valley walking trails. Perfect for onsen enthusiasts. Very helpful staff who solved a difficult travel problem that we had due to very early departure. Beware that the local taxis don’t start work till 07.00 am. That’s a problem when there are trains departing the local town 4 miles away b4 this time. Also beware that the buffet dinner which is excellent is rather overpriced. "

The kitchen area is not the only place with issues. Please do not stay here, the photos on the web may look nice but they are outdated photos. The owner of the property is irresponsible for renting this place out....
