"Great location, however the bar area left something to be desired, and the gym can only be described as atrocious. The shower leaks, and the room wasn't quite as clean as we would have liked."
"Though difficult to locate if you are in a car (it is behind Amelia’s), the staff are very friendly and it is close to City Hall and good pubs (Fibber McGee’s at the back of Robinson’s is excellent for music and The Crown beside it is famous). We do not usually stay in kitchenettes but Tesco was around the corner for in-room breakfast and they have a laundry room. In the end, we had a lovely “roughing it” three days."
"This was a great place to stay in Lisburn and as a base for a long weekend. It is very central and has a car park underneath which you pay for. The hotel is clean and well maintained, although personally I don’t like the exposed pipes and air conditioning systems ( quite common these days - why not hide them behind a ceiling??)
The bedroom was large and a lovely big bed, large bathroom, strong shower and nice toiletries. There was a kettle, but no sign of the coffee machine that was supposed to...
"We had a wonderful stay at the Bedford Hotel. The staff was wonderful. The restaurant was excellent. The room was beautiful. We travel a lot and this is one of the nicer hotels we have stayed at. Highly recommend."
"I was at the university and could easily walk there every day (20 minutes). Also walking back from the city centre was no problem. Rooms are fine. I also liked the restaurant and the breakfast bar."
"The hotel was clean and comfortable! The staff was helpful and very kind. My only complaint was really about breakfast and the availability of fresh coffee! We stayed about a week and ate breakfast in the hotel almost every morning. The buffet never changed!! So it was pretty tiring after a few days of eating the same thing over and over. Also, you couldn’t get coffee before 7a (when breakfast started) so if you were an early riser or had an early tour - no coffee for you!"
"My room was huge with plenty of storage and a comfortable bed.
Staff were welcoming on arrival and were helpful with any questions we had.
Breakfast (included with our stay) was perfect, with continental options as well as hot food made to order."
