"I stayed here one night both coming into and leaving Thailand. It is a beautiful hotel and staff are terrific. Check in was so smooth and easy. Only a 10-15 minute walk to check in or from customs - all indoors and there are food places and phone/sim card places along the walk. Rooms are really nice and the pool area is very elegant. This is a perfect place to stay when transiting through BKK. "

It was convenient for us to have the shuttle service to the airport. The room also was large with comfortable beds, and the price was great. "

"It was a tour bus stop Hotel. The soundproofing was horrible. On ninth floor of ten floor hotel. Can hear dogs barking, motor bikes. When the bus or buses came, very loud. Even had a group in hallway doing exercises. And counting to ten in Chinese. At 0200. Doors open and talking to each other very loud. When doors would shut my door would shake. There was no luxury. The towels were exfoliating. The bath robes were used for under the door for an attempt to muffle the sounds. The staff was great...

"The air conditioner did not work properly and then they showed me 3 other rooms and they were not working either. They refused to refund my money. Rather than staying, I chose to go to another hotel. I chose this online because it was supposed to be close to airport. It is not. Do not stay at this place. "

"This hotel was clean but very out of the way of everything . Not very safe to walk at night the room was okay though there toilet paper holder was behind and had to reach . The Ac hose came out of the bath tub. But I guess that’s the way they do things . But it worked out well having a private driver in Bangkok. That’s. Recommendation . A must "
