"The hotel was amazing it was right in the middle of town. Very close to the Abbey, the tower, and the castle! It was my husband‘s birthday so they left us a card and chocolate bar as a gift. I think they may have even upgraded our room!"

The room they gave us was not what I had reserved and when we went back down to the front desk they very happily fixed the issue by up grading us to a bigger better room. It was quiet and clean. The beds were very comfortable and the hotel nicely located to make the city very walkable. "

There’s Jurassic Newpark adventure park attached with a variety of animals to visit, which our kids absolutely loved. The playground and large inflatable were huge hits and gave us plenty of time to relax while the kids were entertained for hours. The hotel staff were warm and welcoming, and the atmosphere was relaxed yet elegant. Everything from the rooms to the dining areas felt family-friendly without sacrificing comfort or style.
