"The hotel was clean and comfortable! The staff was helpful and very kind. My only complaint was really about breakfast and the availability of fresh coffee! We stayed about a week and ate breakfast in the hotel almost every morning. The buffet never changed!! So it was pretty tiring after a few days of eating the same thing over and over. Also, you couldn’t get coffee before 7a (when breakfast started) so if you were an early riser or had an early tour - no coffee for you!"
"What an Irish gem. Anyone staying around Belfast make the trip to Ballygally Castle. The entire stay was amazing with great spacious rooms and the best of views. A great beach for walking and such friendly people."
"The staff were very friendly, chatty and helpful especially Sophie who I had for my massage. She was fantastic and I felt totally relaxed. The spa area is amazing and very clean. The bed was extreme comfortable. The only thing my husband and I weren't happy with was the choice of food for dinner. Very much pub food, would like to see more restaurant food in line with a spa resort. Overall we had an amazing relaxing weekend and will be back. Definitely recommend The Rabbit Resort."
"Delightful stay. Wonderful staff. Beautiful hotel. Only (very minor) thing was my room (Wedgewood) didn't have any sockets by bed and only one other spare socket to use, which makes it hard when multiple things needing to charge"
"Very friendly woman & fam run the place and have for yrs so always nice to support a small business. Very cozy, comfy room - small as expected from description. Just there one night but would have been happy there several nights. Easy walk into town to explore, go to pubs, restaurants, shops and very near the water. Very relaxing, short stay. One caveat if unfamiliar with the area, was much farther from airport/Belfast than I realized. Maybe 30 min by uber (easily gotten). Breakfast...
"Staying at Altahammond House was truly an amazing experience - from the comfort of the stay, the gorgeous gardens and the exceptional service from Heather and Tom - it made for a fantastic place to stay. We were well looked after from the minute we set foot in the door. Will be returning to Altahammond house and would recommend that others stay here. "
"We had a wonderful stay here, the apartments are in an ideal location, right in the centre of Cushendall and walking distance to everything. Our apartment was on the first floor with an outdoor balcony area. It was spotlessly clean and well equipped for a few nights or a longer stay. We really enjoyed the stay, would highly recommend and will be back."
"It was brilliantly set up. The downstairs bedroom and bathroom was a god send for one of our party who struggles with stairs.
We found it clean and tidy, but i would suggest sorting out the kitchen drawers and the sliding flooring in the kitchen.
Other than that it was great. "
