"A great stay! A very modern & clean hotel with immaculate room. Lovely buffet breakfast & helpful staff and the great addition of the rooftop pool. Couldn’t ask for more"
"Love the location, great rooms, especially the sea view balcony option.
Beach is great and the staff are friendly and helpful.
Downfalls.. food quality is average, breakfast, dinner and lunch all basic quality, which feels below the level for the hotel.
mistakes by lunch time restaurant staff. The same person made a mistake on a previous dinner too."
"This was an exceptional hotel. There isn't one thing I can say negative about it. Really high end. Looked and smelt great. Food and facilities were fabulous."
"This hotel was ok, more like 3 star and a bit tired but the location is perfect just by the beach with easy access to Calp city by foot along the coast or a 10 minute taxi ride away. Cleaning standards could have been better, the floor was not washed so had to walk on the same sandy floor during the whole stay. The sheets were not changed either during 5 day stay and cups left unwashed. The staff was friendly though."
"The Hotel was extremely. It's located practically on the beach. All the Staff were very friendly and helpful and at all times, courage. All bedrooms are either overlooking the beach or have an uninterrupted sea view.
Our room was a great size with lots of storage.
It was very clean, but it was tired in places but it is still highly recommended."
"On the day we arrived the reception staff were very welcoming and explained everything. Everything was spotlessly clean in the hotel even the area around the pool.
I would definitely go again"
"Breakfast awful, no hot water in room for stay. Hot tub had so much chlorine ruined jewellery. No answer to reception or services during stay. Pool filthy. No staff. No assistance with baggage. The smell as you enter the hotels and unclean carpets . Such a shame, it could be a beautiful boutique hotel. But the manager and staff made no excuses or apologies. Don’t go"
