"The hotel is beautiful and we loved the position. We had a privilege room which was lovely, close to the pool/reception and thankfully meant we weren’t disturbed by the bar/restaurant next door. The staff were in the main really nice and friendly but often quite slow/disorganised. "The mosquitos are a big problem for anyone coming to this property. Also they don’t have room service which is inconvenient at times. They allow random sellers to come to the beach and try to sell you random stuff for way over their value. Also the taxi and rental car they work with are extremely expensive compared to outside. Staff is lovely and helpful and room is nice. Food was always decent with many options to chose from. "
