"Looking at my scores for this hotel you may wonder why such a low score re the staff . In fact it is only 1 member of the staff and the remainder of staff were 5 stars. Adrianna who was the front desk and team leader was abrupt , not helpful and only going thru the motions. On check in I had to wait for her to finish texting to complete my checkin process.
