"I like that it’s location near to the night market and other shops.
I didn’t like their breakfast was very poor with different kind of food and they don’t have iron to provide customers rooms but they support to iron internally with free of charge.
No too many labors to support and no more guests there

"This hotel is definitely out of the main area and you have to walk up a hill so if access is an issue f ind a hotel that is closer to town. We ended up having to take a Grab in and out Because there was lots of construction on the road. Not the best breakfast unfortunately breakfast options were very limited. The room was very spacious but it did have a musty smell that wasn’t pleasant."
"Beautiful hotel situated outside the downtown area of Sapa yet very accessible with Grab motorbike transport or cars! The views were stunning and the pool was a nice addition. Super small gym but it’s a gym! There is construction going on a new property being built directly next to this hotel but I was out most days and the noise didn’t bother me."
"None of the listed amenities actually exist. No pool. No spa. Horrible location way out on the edge of town.
On the positive side, the girl at the front desk was very helpful. She helped me get a train ticket out of Lao Cai. I was going to stay three nights but left after one. Also the bed was nice and comfortable after a few weeks of hard traveling.
Oh, and there was supposed to be a free breakfast but there was no cook so it consisted of a cup of really bad cold coffee.

"Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt hier mit sehr zuvorkommenden Angestellten.
Wir konnten vorzeitig unser Zimmer beziehen und auch nach dem Check out noch im Hotel bleiben, was unsere Weiterreise sehr angenehm gemacht hat.
Hervorzuheben ist die Pho beim Frühstück, absolut lecker! Der Pool war frisch befüllt und sehr sauber. Und eben das große Entgegenkommen der Angestellten."
