"way better than expected, the staff was amazing, room was clean. the room also came with red dao soap to take an herbal bath with, super healing. 10/10"
"Nice room, great staff! Would have been 5 stars except for the house behind in close proximity to the property. They had several dogs that barked all night and made it difficult to sleep."
"All the staff were top notch. They were all very kind and welcoming. The hotel itself was very nice with an excellent view. I would stay here again if I returned to Sapa"
"Hotel feels a bit dated. Amenities in the room are very basic. Water pressure for the shower is low. Good mountain view. Friendly staff. Decent breakfast buffet."
"I like that it’s location near to the night market and other shops.
I didn’t like their breakfast was very poor with different kind of food and they don’t have iron to provide customers rooms but they support to iron internally with free of charge.
No too many labors to support and no more guests there
I would like to say thanks for Mr. Zoo because he tried to fix many disasters in the hotel and do his best to understand our needs and get our satisfaction."
"We were upgraded to a suite in exchange for a 5-star review.
Pros:
The suite was perfect.
The breakfast was excellent.
The view was spectacular.
The staff were very kind and helpful.
The hotel's location was perfect.
Cons:
The hotel is very noisy.
The Wi-Fi was extremely slow—practically unusable.
The game room was run-down.
The pool was fake—just for show."
"Hotel was actually nice and clean, staff were friendly. Only a few things let it down for us.
It may possibly be the culture and this may be moaning but upon check in you are hit with a list of "house rules" and all of the things you will be fined for. This started the experience on a negative. The things you can be fined for include: bringing outside food or drink into the hotel. I get it but when you only supply water in the mini fridge guest might want to have a coca cola or a snack when...
"Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt hier mit sehr zuvorkommenden Angestellten.
Wir konnten vorzeitig unser Zimmer beziehen und auch nach dem Check out noch im Hotel bleiben, was unsere Weiterreise sehr angenehm gemacht hat.
Hervorzuheben ist die Pho beim Frühstück, absolut lecker! Der Pool war frisch befüllt und sehr sauber. Und eben das große Entgegenkommen der Angestellten."
