"Great over night stay. We arrived very late but every thing was ready for us. A mix up with rooms was resolved immediately. The lobby was spacious and welcoming & the lady on reception was very friendly. The rooms were spacious, a little dated but perfectly clean and tidy. The parking was free, spacious and suitable for our van. The hotel is situated next to a shopping mall. "

However we found the hotel location to both the old town and the main station ideal. There is a large aquarium with tropical fish in the dining room, an unusual but interesting feature."

Only issue for us was that there was no a/c that we could see or set, and we felt room was too warm for us so we had to open the window at night. Male concierge hotelier was incredibly ignorant without any knowledge of use of service animals. Could not contact hotels.com provided ample evidence with emails of proof of payment plus also info from hotels.com site. Hotelier would not take any of this information insisting room had never been paid for...
