"Had a great stay at Hotel Casa! Super close to two subway stations so we were able to get to city center in 10-15 minutes. Our room was clean and we really appreciated the washer and dryer, though a little pricy per load."
"Location of the hotel is prime. Right accross from the Central Station. Easy access to trains going to/from the airport, other cities in the Netherlands and other European cities. Restaurants and shopping galore in this area, all withing walking distance.
Check-in experience was not pleasant, we were not informed of any perks that we get with our Expedia Status (Restaurant Discounts, and potential upgrades) we were not even offered the upgrade, nor was it even mentioned.
Rooms were clean, but...

"Staff was extremely helpful upon check-in as well as ordering us an Uber ride. Room was pretty nice, a little outdated however well maintained. Amenities were great. Wish we had time to stay and enjoy the bar. Thank you for a great experience."
"The hotel is a high quality hotel with friendly staff and good amenities. But they don't seem to have a maintenance person. My shower was stopped up and created a lake in the whole room two nights in a row. They sent a hapless concierge up the first time who poured some water down the drain, declared it fixed and the left Really absurd. Whoever had the room after me had to experience the same nightmare. Completely unnecessary."
"Room had ants, and the offer to get drinks at the bar by foregoing housekeeping was difficult to redeem. Also telling the front desk about the ants and the difficulty redeeming the drink offer did nothing. Housekeeping showed up and knew nothing about the ants until we showed them. The street was also at night. I would not stay here again."
"Breakfast range very good and staff quickly brought tasty gluten free bread and cake when requested. Rooms very clean, staff friendly at breakfast and in the evening when serving drinks."
"I'm afraid to say i think we picked up a nasty case of bed bugs from the hotel. I have informed the hotel. Obviously there is no way of proving that they were picked up from there but this was the only place we stayed on our trip.
The room was very dusty and I think that's where they like to live. I did not see evidence of the bed bugs but my children have lots of bites.
Another thing that really disappointed me about this hotel is that there is no airconditioning, we stayed during a heatwave...
"Great stay. Had our room ready several hours earlier than check in and were extremely accommodating throughout the trip. Location was close to all the museums and plenty of restaurants. Would definitely stay again!"
