"good privacy of rooms as hotel is set in own grounds with wildlife and kids pets and fish which is nice touch with security. One downside was part of dining area in grounds seemed to be reserved for Chinese exclusively. Breakfast was good but menu very Asian as appears hotel is very popular with Chinese visitors so understandable as few westerners seen during stay. Maid was exceptional at cleaning room and helping with laundry and waste or any minor issues. Only concerns were had some lizards in...

"The resort was really nice, the beach is right there and the pool is also lovely. The entire resort is beautiful and they arranged a fun snorkeling excursion for us that was 700 baht per person. The food was good although pricey, but there’s lots of other food in the town and along the beach. "

"This is my second time at this hotel. I like this hotel for its pools and beach. The property needs to be modernized. Breakfast had a good selection and was tasty. The location is not near a shopping center and transportation from the hotel is a bit high. I found it difficult to get luggage out of my room, no elevator and to many stairs, not enough ramps. My GF cut her leg on a bulging tile while getting out of the pool. They removed the beach huts since my last visit. "

"Overall stay was good, rooms a bit outdated and very plain. The bathroom was not inviting, mold on the shower curtain and window cover. Many long hairs found in the bathroom and room. Big splatters of bird's poo on the windows. Staff friendly and helpful. "

"AC is Very Lacking, sweated most of the night. I think they bought Boxsprings rather than Mattresses. They told me that Expedia hadn't notified them that rooms booked with breakfast. They brought in a cook from home. Pictures of Suana but they said closed because of covid. 2 years and they haven't updated this yet. No I will not return.
