"This hotel does not have the lobby on the first floor. We need to go to 17th floor. There is only one staff at the hotel entrance at the first floor and I had a hard time to get a tax cab. "This property does take some effort to get to. But the stay was pleasant. Buffet was delicious and onsen baths were amazing. The ryokan experience is very interesting and comfortable for us. "We've stayed in this airport hotel before in a first class room, but this time we booked a premium economy room. The room was yet to be re-modelled in a on-going hotel upgrade so it's deco appeared dated. But it was still in remarkable condition. The beds were comfy and the room itself was a good size especially compared what you would usually expect for a hotel room in Japan. It's perfect for early flights being a five minute walk from flight check-in desks. We booked two nights never intending to stay the second night as our flight was for 2345. We visited Rinku outlets during the day and had a little snooze and shower before our flight. I would highly recommend this hotel, except maybe eating in the hotel as there are a multitude of eating places in the airport."
