The facility was very nice and the pool and sauna was very nice. It is both secluded as well as very walkable to all points in Chamonix. Parking is a valued part of the reservation. "Splendid resort. However, the personnel (from the receptionists to the waitresses in the restaurant) overloaded and not very careful in keeping the standard that the level of the hotel requires. Quite upsetting to see people showing up for breakfast and (especially) for dinner in ropes and sleepers, serving themselves by touching food rather than following the required healthy standard using the correct cutlery. The maitre is supposed to monitor more closely what is going on the room. "

"It was the ideal spot for a fantastic ski vacation. Literally in the shadow of Grand Montets perhaps the best skiing in the world! Very close to village with some nice restaurants and a quick walk to train or bus we will be back for sure."

"We loved our stay. Excellent clean apartment. Staff were so friendly and informative. Always smiling and happy to help. Apartment was well equipped. Local travel passes were very useful and they also has a discount rates for the local spa. Some of the lower level apartments don't have the view or door to step outside. Which is a down side as been so close to the beautiful scenery and not able to see while having a coffee etc. We did lots of hikes, went up the lifts to see Mont blanc and...

"The property was not what I expected as it was chunky with so much thick wood panels and very outdated in style The staff were charming from arrival to departure and an excellent breakfast selection...........Sadly no other meals were served as they said there was no restaurant. The rooms were spotless and inviting ,but very outdated in color and style, such dark colors gloomy halls where lights are automatic left me standing in the dark by the elevator. Not my taste but a happy stay ,Thanks"

"The location can’t be beat and the staff were helpful and friendly. We had great views from our room, which had plenty of closet and drawer space. The bed and pillows in our room 108 need to be replaced. Finally, as with most places in Northern Italy the hotel has no AC and the road noise was too much to keep the window open at night making the room stuffy and warm at night. "
