"Albergo storico a conduzione famigliale di buon livello, idealmente posizionato all’ingresso della vecchia città di Spoleto e con un servizio eccelente.
Preferire le camere dei livelli superiori che offrano una bella vosta sulle colline circondante."
"Facility is clean ,with minimal amenities, ie no coffee in the room. The AC struggled to keep up with record heatwave. The staff was VERY helpful. We would not have gotten to our activities or train at 4am without the great assistance. Overall, we recommend this hotel, as it is a good value."
"An excellent and beautifully presented breakfast included was a wonderful way to start the morning drive.. Friendly, helpful staff. Perfect stop just 1.5 hours north of Rome. Quiet and serene with rooms offering a generous balcony overlooking the pool. Grazie mille!!"
"The Hotel is Okay, definitely no worth of the name GRAND Hotel. There is nothing Grand about it. It is a decent place for a short stay. Very small rooms with Balcony. I will show you a picture or what they consider a balcony. Nice outside pool. The Staff was very nice. If you go to the Restaurant do not expect a traditional Italian food but tiny portions of something they have to explain in order for you to know what you are eating. No worth the money. Much better food just outside a 3-5 minutes...
"Beautiful hotel set in bucolic hill top location with spectacular views. The staff were welcoming , friendly and efficient. You can judge hotel service by the speed issues are addressed. We had a few minor issues : a safe without a key, a leak from the air conditioning unit , dud batteries in the telly remote and needed an extra pillow . Within minutes ,new safe ,new batteries ,extra pillow and air conditioning unit serviced immediately.
Beautiful dining room with panoramic vistas including...
"Hotel dotato di ampio parcheggio, con una bella reception e personale gentile e disponibile. A 2 passi dal lago, presenta una bella piscina con lettini e ombrelloni. L'interno è elegante e le camere sono confortevoli. Abbiamo avuto un problema con l'aria condizionata, ma si sono adoperati per risolverlo. Colazione minimal, si potrebbe fare di più."
"Very nice hotel and excellent breakfast options. Would have been nice if the spa facilities had been available for hotel residents at a more reasonable cost. Shower cubicle was quite small and room was next to the lift so a little noisy at times."
