"The hotel has a terrible smell upon entrance. Some may be ok with that, however this is a luxury hotel. It should have a luxury ambience. The other part is that the Tommie hotel also connects to it, so you should just book there for half the co. It’s literally the same lobby, bars, pool, etc. You can really just stay there for half the cost, the Thomas was not worth the money overall a 3 star experience"

"The hotel was beautiful and the rooms were very nice. The bad: hotel lost power for no apparent reason for an hour or so. Elevator service was spotty at best The pool was way over crowded and filthy. The hotel doesn’t claim ownership of this pool even though it sits on their roof. They allow folks to come in that aren’t staying at the hotel which accounts for the overcrowding"

"I would’ve liked the pool to be open later than 8:30pm. Also the parking situation sucked. The air in my room stopped but overall it was a nice stay"
