"Location: Ideal location as it allows for easy parking and a short walk to lift. It's approx a 20min walk to the core area of St Moritz. Easy and beautiful walk along the lake trail. HOTEL: Classic style hotel with a great ambience. Had everything needed for a short or long stay. Easy parking and great breakfast. STAFF: Wonderful and helpful . ROOM: Nice and spacious room. I would certainly stay here again."
"Such a beautiful place but the dark haired lady with glasses at the front desk talked to me and ridiculed me like a 3 year old about a dinner reservation and chastised me. I'm from the south so we're always polite and smiling. Really didn't appreciate the attitude after spending close to $1000 for two rooms for one night There won't be a next time at this place"
"Lovely stay, clean room, enjoyed access to spa morning and evening. Room is minimal but nicely designed, some of the lighting buttons were confusing and one button was slightly faulty. Room would be improved with some coat hooks within the lobby area (stayed in Ando room with spacious lobby), or a sideboard or shelf, somewhere to put things as you come in. There wasn't a cushion to sit on by the balcony as in pictures. A kettle would also be useful."
"Absolutely fabulous hotel and perfect location to enjoy the wonderful scenery - mountain hikes and swimming and activities on the lake. Duty manager so welcoming, helpful and friendly, advising us on walks on our arrival. Friendly restaurant staff and a great buffet breakfast to start the day with a much appreciated vegan selection.
Lovely bakery on-site and covered walkway to the cable car opposite the hotel.
Lovely spa area to relax after hiking, or to watch the rain from.

"Ich bin sehr spät angereist und wurde dennoch sehr herzliche Empfang hat ein schönes Zimmer und da ich morgens sehr früh abgereist bin 30 Minuten bevor offiziell das Frühstück los ging, hatte man mir angeboten mir ein paar Brötchen zu schmieren und einen Kaffee für unterwegs zu zubereiten. Das Zimmer war gemütlich und modern eingerichtet, und ich wurde morgens von Kuhglocken geweckt und hatte einen schönen Blick auf die Berge, als ich die Gardinen zur Seite geschoben habe."
"Very nice hotel conveniently located next to a bus stop if you would like to take a quick ride to St. Moritz. We had a great room, very modern and clean. We tried the sauna, which was very nice after a cold day. Breakfast was good and staff were helpful."
"The Edelweiss Hotel is a formal, grand hotel in the wonderfully quiet village of Sils Maria. The bedrooms are clean and quiet with excellent service from the housekeeping team. There are level walks from the hotel to the lake and around the village. The bus service to St Moritz is frequent and a very short walk from the hotel."
