"I always have a great experience while staying in the hotel. The staff is amazing and extremely helpful and attentive. The accommodation, the various restaurants, the bar are great and the location is very convenient. Great hospitality and place to stay"

"This was our 5th time at this property this year. The hotel is perfectly located in Zona Rio and is close to border. It’s super clean, the staff is friendly and bilingual and the healthy breakfast choices that are included is a cherry on top!"

"Great stay very nice"

"todo bien"

"The suites are expensive, and the quality does not justify the price. I was very disappointed with the room and especially the noise. A major avenue is right outside, with loud motorcycles and vehicles passing throughout the night. It was difficult to sleep or get any rest. For the price of a suite, I expected a much nicer and more comfortable stay. I would not recommend this hotel if you’re looking for a quiet place to relax."
