The front desk was helpful when we checked in, and each of the 3 times I called down for help understanding how to keep the AC on in the room, my call was answered promptly and the person was quite helpful. "We stayed here one night for an overnight visit to Pompeii. The hotel is situated directly across from the entrance gate to the archeological site, which is extremely convenient. In addition, all the restaurants and shops for the main centre of Pompeii are a few steps away. The hotel itself is average. "My 2nd visit. Easy access to main train station and the port to Catch the boat to almafi , positano, minore etc. several buses passing outside often. Lovely village of vietri with good local restaurants and boutiques 5 mins walk. Great staff and rooms with balconies Will come back again. Thank you "

"We were here for 2 nights. Had ended our Italy trip late April/early May here and couldn’t have been more happier! It is expensive taking a taxi in and out of Salerno but walking to the nearby town/beach was fine! The property is beautiful and everyone was great! The morning breakfast was WONDERFUL!!! Mimosas… I highly recommend this location of views and service! We had a terrace room. Well worth it! "

"Check in was quick and efficient. It was nice that I was able to communicate in English . Room and bathroom were a good size and the bed size was a queen as described. The only request would be to have better signage to the entrance elevator for heavy luggage or mobility but maybe this is common in Italy . Cut through the lovely cafe . We decided to have dinner at their restaurant which was equally delightful. If you're looking for a quite place outside the bustle of Pompeii, I highly recomment it. "
