"The hotel is strangely arranged, with three buildings that are few minutes walking apart. Also, if you are not in the main building, there are quite few steps you have to climb. The rooms are very big and well equipped. The lake view from the windows is magnificent. The staff is friendly and helpful. Breakfast is very good."
"Really thankful for upgrading my triple room to a nice, clean, quiet 2-room apartment with cooking facilities. Will definitely use Hotel Sailer again if I visit Innsbruck. Highly recommended!"

"The location is great and it’s a nice hotel for a couple of days’ stay. However, be careful when checking out. They tried to charge me for expenses I never had, such as parking and drinks."

"Awesome hotel in the city, garage parking, nice hot tub on the balcony, and great staff. Breakfast was delicious as well. The room was spacious with everything we needed. Loved it"
