The staff would have demonstrated better customer service if they responded to the WhatsApp message service if they did not have phone services available. We had called several times with no response before our arrival. Only one functional elevator. "The front desk staff (especially Dino) was very kind and helpful. The pool and rooftop are amazing with a wonderful view of the city, it made up for the room that was small for my family of 4. Unfortunately they were full so they couldn’t relocate us. I love my family that was definitely to close for comfort! It is located a little outside from the main attraction but cabing is easy and a good price. I recommend the place."
