"It is going to be difficult to find a quality hotel and perfect location (inside the mall), as the Seda Hotel in the Cebu CBD. Plenty of services just few steps away, and endless entertainement"

"Service is very slow."

"Perfect hotel and this is my third time with this hotel. Breakfast has lots of choices. Very helpful staff and security staff at the basement. The security staff is very helpful when I park my rented car. Front desk and dining staff are all helpful. They are proactive. Very clean hotel also. I like that they have door on the fifth floor to go to the mall and don’t need to go out from the hotel."

"I’ve been staying in Bai hotel whenever I come down to north. Place has a good breakfast mixed with Asian and American. The bread selection is great"

"الفندق نظيف استقبال جميل الافطار مكانه معقول ومطلاته محدوده يوجد ازعاج من بعض السكان ( كوريا ) اثناء الليل بشكل عام مرضي."

"The room was reasonably clean, but the overall atmosphere felt dark, cold, and uninviting. The lack of decoration, warm lighting, and thoughtful touches made the space feel more like a hospital room than a comfortable hotel. There was no cozy or welcoming atmosphere that would make guests feel at home. While cleanliness is important, a hotel should also provide a warm, relaxing, and inviting environment, which unfortunately was missing during our stay."
