The room we had was lovely and big, but the corner bath was difficult to get in and out of to use the shower. Our biggest issue was the noise from the housekeeping staff, despite having a 'Do Not Disturb' sign on the door one morning, they were talking loudly, using mobile phones and banging about right outside our door, even...

We booked a room for five travelers, and received a nice large room with five twin sized beds with clean and comfortable bedding. The air conditioning works really well. The staff recommended a restaurant within walking distance and we enjoyed it very much. This is a winner. "

"Property is nice and clean. Restaurants are great and most staff service is amazing. The property is well kept. Housekeeping, for the most part, was very good. Opportunities - for persons whose first time to Italy, like myself, more information is needed. Had to figure out logistics about the room (how to keep lights on, etc) because none of it was explained. Also there wasn’t a lot of information given about transport as this property is a little far from the train stations or even bus lines....
