"We have just returned from staying at Elpida Village. The setting is lovely and the views are stunning. The shuttle bus to the beach was very handy. Our room was great, with very welcome a/c. Plenty of space for our clothes too. My only complaint really was that the shower was far too small and I didn't like the shower curtain. I am an average size person and even I found it difficult to shower without flooding the floor. But that was a minor inconvenience. The staff were lovely and...

"As we checked in we were given a room with non functional AC and stains on the sheets. Smelled like old. At the second day we were changed in a better room with much better AC and better cleansed. Rooms are generally very small and bathrooms are unusual tight. Food was excellent and more than enough. "

"Came in the off season, and it was a complete bait and switch. Actual hotel was closed (including pool and restaurant (so no breakfast)). Placed us next door in tiny apartments. Manager gave us the key and left the property. First room had a broken toilet seat so moved us to another one. Staff spoke no English and didn’t understand that we need password for WiFi. Blanket on bed was wet. We were supposed to stay 2 nights but left the next morning."
