"The staff were all friendly and helpful from arrival to departure, with the exception of the Marinas bar, which is a franchise. The room (suite) was OK, but daily cleaning less thorough than might be expected (glasses and cups not washed). The curtains were good at light blocking but extremely noisy to operate. We were on 6th floor so relied on lifts which were swift, but one was unreliable in direction or refused to move occasionally. Breakfast buffet had a wide choice but quality was below...

"Very well kept rooms and clean. The king bed was firm and the pillows soft which we appreciate. The thermostat is eco friendly and we needed help to cool the room. The temp doesn't go lower than 24.5 C but it was very comfortable. Reception, housekeeping and breakfast staff were helpful and kind! Breakfast options were incredibly immense & you could special order as well. Would definitely stay here again! "

Chose this hotel as close to airport and it did the job Comfortable room Breakfast quite good, cereals, fruit, bread cheese ham etc, cooked passable Rooftop pool looked nice Wifi good TV good Next to Centre Commerial with many shops and cheap eateries No shuttle bus though Strange cafeteria hours closed 4pm - 8pm just when we wanted to eat Shower fine "

"The property is just perfect. Clean, modern, and comfortable rooms. In a great location that's within walking distance of restaurants and parks. And the staff is professional, helpful, and extremely proficient. If I'm ever in the area again, this will be choice. Oh, and don't miss the rooftop bar and pool. It's superb too. "

"Interesting place- lots to like, but not the "Zen Spa" experience expected. Still very enjoyable. The drive from LPA was pretty easy for a US driver - I wouldn't shy away from renting a car - it was a straight and easy ride. I parked on the street, no issue there. Room was super clean, lovely view, comfortable, Netflix on TV. No wash cloths. Shower was nice, great shampoos and plentiful amenities. There were 2 bottle of water in the mini-fridge but they were not replenished, a little stingy...

"The hotel is conveniently located near Old Town. There are many restaurants nearby, as well as grocery stores. It is a little far to the beaches, but the bus station and bus stops are a couple of minutes walking away. The breakfast is OK (it is a typical hotel breakfast). I wish there was parking on site, but there is parking nearby in different lots and/or parking decks."

The hotel is in a great location for sightseeing and plenty of bars and lovely restaurants can be found nearby. Our room was well furnished and comfortable. Unfortunately the guests in the room above ours were noisy and showed no consideration to other guests. They were contacted by reception however the noise continued. This is no fault of the hotel but spoiled our experience. "

"We arrived without our luggage, as it had gotten delayed by the airlines. We were staying here for a few days before heading on to other parts of the Canaries. When the luggage still hadn't arrived by the time we were checking out, we left the contact info for the other hotels with the staff, and they called when there were luggage updates and were willing to store the luggage once it did finally show up-thankfully just before we flew out. We had a very comfortable room & breakfast was served...

"This hotel is within walking distance to great harbor restaurants, and also a quick drive to the ferry. Secure parking below the hotel is an added feature!!"

"All good except for the lift, which was out of service on a couple of days, but was fixed very quickly on each occasion. The room was large with a decent balcony (superior double) and the buffet breakfast was excellent. The Reception staff were very friendly and helpful. "
