"How Expedia rated this hotel in the "luxury" category is beyond me. This is at best a 2-star hotel, as it was missing some very basic amenities, such as a coffee make and there was NO air conditioning service (not turned on until summer, I was told). All this besides the fact the hotel is very near a bad area (Termini terminal) and I was told by the staff to not go there when night falls. Expedia needs to do better."

One room has a queen bed and a twin bed, the other room has a king bed and a twin bed. Our two older children slept in one room while me, my wife, and our youngest slept in the other.
