"Hotel dividido en dos, por un lado, accedes a recepción desde una carretera con mucho tráfico y poco espacio de maniobra. De ahí por un ascensor vas de la planta -3 a la recepción y de la 6 a la 10 y por otro ascensor de recepción bajas a la 5-4-3-2-1 y cero, salida a otra calle, centro de ciudad. Todo esto "muy bien explicado" por el pesonal de recepción, sin comentarios, todos los días te encontrabas a algún cliente perdido en los ascensores. Un lío.
Y el parking merece capítulo aparte....

Chambre spacieuse avec balcon vue sur la ville et les montagnes mais qui a besoin d’une rénovation, tapisserie et moquette abîmées, ça sentait le tabac.
Grande salle de bains avec baignoire et douche .
Lit confortable et personnel attentionné, le petit cadeau au départ bien sympathique (2 petites bouteilles d’eau et des bonbons), et un service de voiturier pour la voiture garée au sous-sol."
"They hotel is in a great location. The staff is helpful and friendly. They are the best part of this hotel. The amenities are nice. The restaurant is good. They only thing is that the hotel feels a little outdated but considering the price it’s not a big deal. Beds are comfortable and rooms are clean. Again. The staff excellent."
"Loved this place. The views from floor -3 and up are epic. The Pub and breakfast staff are amazing, but especially Nico and Josefina.
All of the women at the front desk are especially helpful.
The only con was that a bees nest was hidden in the panels outside our windows and there are no a/c or screens (nets) so we had to pick stuffy room or several bees. We moved rooms later in the stay and had zero issues with this however."
"Hotel is very easy to find. Our room was very clean, comfortable, spacious, and had a nice view. We arrived at an odd time before check-in, hoping they could hold our luggage. Our room was ready, so they just let us check in early, which was incredibly helpful. We would happily stay here again."
"Nous avons pris une option demi-pension incluant boisson et spa, c'était TOP . La chambre était propre , de petite taille mais suffisante pour deux nuits, avec une belle salle de bain, un repas buffet varié et bon, pareil pour le petit déjeuner. L'heure de spa est très agréable après une journée de marche, et les boissons inclues dans le forfait sont un plus. Le personnel est très souriant et de bon conseil et en plus tout le monde parle français."
