Breakfast was good (they had smoked salmon and cream cheese and this is not common for hotel breakfasts in Italy so I really liked that.) The lady that makes the cappucinos in the breakfast area was so nice. Front staff extremely friendly and very willing to help. I forgot their names but they were 2 different ladies and they were both great! Location was perfect, very walkable and felt safe. Very cool hotel. I would stay here again. "
