Breakfast was fine, no hot items but adequate. Great shower and very comfortable bed. Parking is a short block away for $14.95/day. It was raining when we were there so did not get to see some of the more interesting parts of the city. "

However, it's not available in the apartments just by the reception/breakfast area. Also...we did not need AC as it was cool at night while we were there. However, there is no AC in individual units unless the owner turn it on for the whole complex. Not a big issue save for one: no screens on the windows.
