"Overall beautiful well maintained clean property breakfast perfect. Conveniently located. Check in needs to be worked on. Got to the hotel at 2:30 Expedia had check in time as 2, had one family ahead of us an it took 20 minutes for them to check by 2:40 our room wasn’t ready but the check in time said 3. They gave us a single drink voucher I thought was for 2 so I had to go back and ask for 1 for my wife after being forgotten above for 30 minutes went back to reception that was over run...

"الفندق جيد لكن لايوجد السرير غير مريح والإزعاج نتيجة أعمال تكسير داخل الفندق ناهيك عن عدم وجود عوازل للصوت ، طاقم التنظيف مزعجون للغاية من خلال أجهزتهم وفي تبادل الأحاديث بينهم ... "
"The worst staff i have ever experenced.
The restaurant staff on the top level are so slow and stupid and the reception charged me for an already broken coat hanger
Scam central"
"Rooms is clean, breakfast not great and was cold I dislike cold eggs and other things that should be at least warm and I was the first one at the buffet. The support staff is excellent but the desk staff needs improvement. I waited 20 mins for a greeting when I arrived and then kept acting confused, with 4 people standing over each other and talking.
Rooms are ok wasn’t aware of the steps to the one bedroom villa. And it’s connecting swinging doors to other villas and you can see through the...

"The staff was wonderful, very friendly, and welcoming. Their hospitality made the experience even more enjoyable, and the air-conditioned space was a welcome relief from the heat. A comfortable and pleasant place to visit!"
"The hotel itself is ok but the buffet breakfast Was not very good at all.
The gym was closed due to all the rain apparently and that was the main reason I booked that hotel.
The staff were very nice and helpful.
The room was the best part for me."
"The flush of the toilet does not work well we have to call the housekeeping to fix it and bidet is not working too, maybe ijust one room, but the room itself is big clean and nice view"
"Rooms are clean and well appointed. I found the pillows too hard, but that just might be me. The staff are exceptional here....best you could ask for. The hotel is in a good position, reasonably close to SM Clark and the entertainment area, yet far enough away to be reasonably peaceful. The pool was great and kept very clean, meals were good and reasonably priced. I wanted to use the gym byt unfortunately the main piece of equipment was not in working order. I will be staying at Savannah again...
"Main problem is that no receptionist at the time of our check in - it’s the cleaner who accepted us and checked in we used online so right away impression is no good - one person cleaning and receptionist - not enough staff so you need to go front desk to ask and nobody coz nobody is in charge ; front door is locked out so stayed long just to get in - room is ok and as is what is shown online great , but no cookware in the kitchen and was given a rusty pan that it’s health risk ; help to clean...
