Das Familienzimmer war zwar sehr schön aber im Souterrain, der Gartenblick war ebenerdig mit dem Fenster, das fand ich nicht so schön. Und das Hallenbad durfte man zwar nutzen wenn keine Anwendungen/Aquafitness stattfanden , jedoch musste wir mit unseren zwei Jungs leise sein, Ballspielen war nicht erlaubt obwohl niemand mehr im Wasser war , also als Familie eher nicht gut nutzbar. "Great hotel very clean, spacious rooms, comfortable bed. Friendly stuff. Good food, tasty but Menu is short. Unfortunately nobody from staff speak english , even on the reception. No english menu. Therme which was included to the room price, is open till 20:30, at least that what was written, however I have tried to go at 19:30, and the door to Therme was closed.As they are claiming this is a four star hotel, they shall put more efforts for international customers."

"Das ganze ist eher eine Unterkunft, als wie ein Hotel. Hätte das niemals gebucht, wenn ich im Vorfeld gewusst hätte, daß diese Unterkunft eher 2 als wie 4 Sterne verdient hat. Das angebliche Frühstücksbuffet, ist eine Lachnummer. Zum Beispiel, die Brötchen sind eingefrorene, selbst aufgebacken, Körnerbrötchen waren immer schnellvergriffen. Brot lagen paar Scheiben daneben. Die einzige Bedienung war sehr nett und bemüht, aber bei den vielen Räumen natürlich total überfordert. In unserem Zimmer...
