"Staff were very helpful with any request. Rooms were well cleaned and replenished daily. Location was pretty good though the hill never got any easier for the climb home after dinner.
However it was disappointing to find that the provision of a shuttle to drop you and pick you up within a 5 km radius along with the loan of a local phone to call reception for pick ups had been discontinued.
Those facilities played a big part in why chose The Wind Resort.

We really enjoyed our stay at SV Boutique Hotel! The location was excellent, with beautiful views, and the large family apartment was fantastic value for money. Having plenty of space for our family made our stay so much more comfortable.
The staff were friendly, welcoming and helpful, and the English-speaking service made communication easy throughout our stay. The pool was also a real highlight and a lovely place to relax.

"Iconic Long Hai is one of the better properties located in Long Hai. Staff are friendly, rooms are clean with the exception of the grout inside the shower. The bed are comfortable, however the luggage rack are design more for just carry on luggage’s. If you bring a large luggage, it will not fit. Breakfast buffet only available on the weekends or whenever they have high occupancy; otherwise, there’s an à la carte menu. The breakfast is decent.

"I was checking in for a few days in Ho Tram boutique hotel . The surrounding were greeneries and picturesque . It was after the rained so everything seemed fresh.
We dined at the restaurant and the foods and the services were excellent. I had a spa service the next day and it was the best for my body. He beach front was a bit rough due to bad weather so we checked out a day earlier. I would come back to this hotel boutique again in the very near future."
"Check in process was a little confusing. There’s no front desk. You need to contact the host so make sure to have phone service. The main thing that I hate about the place is the elevator. I waited 20-30 minutes just to go up the elevator because of how busy it was."
