"It wasn’t a 4 star hotel experience. It can be seen like it from the way is advertised and looks on pic. The room was small, no proper mugs for coffee in the room just paper one ( no milk sachets provided either which with the amount of English tourists visiting ( drinking tea with milk ) is kind a strange). Cleaning issue in the bathroom especially around the edges of the shower. Room was not cleaned one day at all. Second day cleaned only partially ( bed was made but bin not emptied and dirty...

"The hotel is ideally situated to walk to the castle in 15 minutes in one direction as well as a 15 minute walk in the other direction to the town. The staff were really helpful and friendly, making our stay very pleasing. Our room had a small balcony, which looked over the pont vieux, the river as well as part of the castle. "We loved some things about this hotel, but found that there were a few things lacking in a 4 star experience: The good: - The room was clean - Having both a bath and separate shower was a bonus - My partner had a massage and facial at the spa and thought it was lovely - The pool area was lovely and not busy at all during our stay - The daytime reception staff were lovely - The location, right outside of the gate to the cite was excellent The bad: - I would expect a small fridge in the room to...

"Absolutely outstanding experience! From the moment we arrived, the staff was welcoming, professional, and incredibly attentive. The hotel was spotless, beautifully designed, and had such a relaxing atmosphere. Our room was spacious, comfortable, and equipped with everything we needed for a perfect stay. The owner explained everything in our room. A service that we never experienced before. Parking was free which is a huge bonus."
