"I stay in Vilnius frequently, often in hotels. This is a good one, with helpful, knowledgeable staff; quiet; comfortable bed and furniture, good wifi, easy to use keys and lifts. I didn't try the (Italian) restaurant, but it was well-occupied (though my stay was largely during a public holiday). Heating/aircon was perfect. My only problem was one evening when hot water didn't fully function."

The AC was not working in my room when I was there so I had to move rooms as the temperature would not get below 27°C in the room. The next room and another room I looked at also had the same problem, so they provided me a fan, but it’s clear that they do not have a working AC system at this hotel, so bear that in mind when booking in the summer of 2024."
