"Standard sized room. Very handy for Jaca old town just up some steps. Many bars and restaurants but not much else to see. Do not eat in the hotel restaurant. I had the posh burger which was cold and soggy - disgusting!"

"It was raining the entire 3 days of our stay. We didn't get to do things we planned for our trip. Only so much we can plan for. The room was a little dated. Not having an electric water kettle for having hot beverage in the room was a little troublesome specially when we weren't able to go out. Have to go down to the reception to fill our own travel flask with hot water. There's only 1 electric outlet to charge electronics. Breakfast was ok. "We arrived at 5pm, there were no staff at reception, we finally managed to contact a young lady who after booking us in told us there were no dining facilities. The kitchen had been out of commission for weeks. We asked why we had not been informed, she said that she had been given specific instructions by the director Jose Canto, not to warn guests in advance of the problems.
