Staff on arrival were not helpful we were rushed and the girl had no time for us when asking questions."
"Nice hotel, nice pool and spa facilities free to use (but need to buy swim hat for indoors) room was nice with good shower, quiet and dark. They offer a shuttle bus which I was not aware of, I wouldn't attempt the walk from airport at night, no footpaths"

Staff all excellent from reception who sorted our patio door sticking straight away, bar staff friendly, Pedro and jumo.
Cleaning ladies, left fresh towels etc daily and kept apartment spotless.
Grounds are cleaned and inspected every day.
We were half board, breakfast was brilliant, dinner bit repetitive but could always find something we like.

Así es Lloret, pero si yo soy el director de un hotel boutique, los echo a todos a dormir a la calle. La habitación estaba en el piso más alto y en la esquina, sin nada de ruido exterior. "Jamais eu autant de bruit dans un hotel. Je suis venue avec mes 2 enfants et nous n'avons pas pu dormir le 1er soir a cause du bruit du bar jusqu'à 00h00 plus tous les jeunes qui font la fête jusqu'à 4h du matin a hurler ! Les ambulances qui passent 10 fois dans la nuit et au matin. On entend les voisins colme si on vivait ensemble si vius cherchée lz repos changer vite d'hôtel. C'est ibiza ! Le reste oui cest du 4 etoiles car il ya les services piscine spa (bien quilpossible qu'aller au jacuzzi...
