"The hotel is not far from the center, between two tram stops. The staff and the amenities are excellent. My room looked on another building, but at last there was no noise of the traffic. The only problem was that I couldn't change the AC, there was a constant cold airflow in the room. All in all, I had a pleasant time in lovely Bilbao."

"Although we had to pay for the spa /gym it was a fantastic hydro pool /swimming area Unfortunately the hot breakfast was always cold or like warm all three days Staff were wonderful throughout the hotel"

"This is where I stay every time I come to Bilbao for work. It hits the sweet spot of great location and value. The rooms are large, the service is always excellent and the beds are comfortable. Ask for a room on a higher floor for a quieter experience."

"The rooms were small with unimpressive views. It’s in a semi-central, but uninteresting neighborhood. It’s totally acceptable for a basic stay. I did not have the breakfast. As usual, it’s overpriced. I would not stay there again."

"Not really 4atar -evening staff v helpful but the morning reception chap wasn’t very pleasant I had to leave pre breakfast and was told there would be food/drinks available in the foyer . When I got down there was nothing -asked at reception and he just rolled his eyes and begrudgingly got a coffee machine out and then went for some some very lukewarm milk tutting so I could basically make an almost cold coffee No food so paid for a breakfast I couldn’t have Corridors were very enjoy and noisy but bed v comfortable and food generally good No extractor fans in bathroom it wasn’t working if was present and bath handrail rusty and hanging off the wall"
