"I stayed here seven years ago and booked again under the basis of proximity to the metro and its comfort. It was good and I will stay again, but two things I did not appreciate: The price for breakfast is different depending who you ask and where. I've seen quotes from 16 to 24€, they need to get on the same page or it's just a scam. It's 16€ at the property btw, make sure you're not getting overcharged. I also saw a couple try to get some coffee and get turned away because they didn't order...
