"This hotel is not 4 star as claimed. I would rate it 3 star at best (despite what the PR written articles say). This conference venue is only partially renovated and a real rabbit warren to get around. The corridors are sparse and very much dated back to the 80’s. No lifts so be prepared to lift suitcases up flights of stairs. The grounds are not well kept e.g. weeds and the parking areas and entrances from those areas are in poor condition. Anyone on staff ever looked at the condition and...

"We booked this hotel for its location and loved how the rooms looked online, but the reality was even better! The hotel is absolutely gorgeous, with spacious rooms and clean rooms & bathroom. The restaurant is a 10/10 for food and service, and the staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. We had a wonderful stay and will definitely be back! ❤️"

"A disaster. 1. Construction going on in hotel, early noise. 2. Room not very clean. 3. Next door room, partying all night. 4. Had to move rooms at 1am, the hotel didn’t remove the party guests. The hotel is dated, obviously that’s why there is construction going on, but overall I can’t recommend this hotel."

"We enjoyed our stay. We had a large room. The manager was very obliging and helpful. An added bonus was the indoor pool and spa which we used. The only downside was that it was close to a busy road and noisy when sleeping."
